Later embarking out on her own, she created a niche in creating deals that were low cost, low risk, high return, and had rapid turnaround, by subdividing ranchland in Texas. With an excellent track record and a reputation for integrity, she worked with a small team and developed a close cohort of investors that were eager to partner with her on anything she put together.
